The 2026 Annual Meeting of PSSAC was held September 17-20 in the fascinating Joshua Tree region of California. The focus of the meeting was on the Mojave and Colorado soils. We toured through and around Joshua Tree National Park, and Big Morongo Canyon Preserve. We explored different parts of Riverside and San Bernardino Counties and heard from Peter Fahnestock, Dr. Gareth Funning, and Dr. Nick Van Buer.

Topics discussed include regional bedrock geology, creep faults, the San Andreas, and much more.
